Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Rewardo app and website (rewardo.pro) collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and a Google account identifier through Google Firebase Authentication.
• Payout details. The PAYEER wallet number you enter to receive payouts.
• Activity. Rewards you earn (videos watched, surveys completed, referral bonuses), payout requests and their status, and messages you send to our support.
• Device and install information. A random install identifier created by the app, your IP address, and the Google Play install referrer. We use these to prevent fraud and to understand which advertising campaigns bring new users.
• Advertising data. Rewarded videos are provided by our ad mediation partner CAS.AI and the ad networks it works with. They may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address and device information to show and measure ads, as described in their own privacy policies. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
• Surveys. Surveys are provided by our partner CPX Research (MakeOpinion GmbH). We share only your Rewardo user ID with CPX Research. Answers you give in surveys are collected by CPX Research and its survey partners under their own privacy policies.

How we use information

• To run your account and credit the rewards you earn.
• To process payouts to your PAYEER wallet.
• To detect and prevent fraud and abuse, including blocking accounts that break our Terms of Use.
• To answer your support requests.
• To measure our marketing and improve the app.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run Rewardo: Google (Firebase sign-in), CAS.AI and its ad networks (rewarded videos), CPX Research (surveys) and PAYEER (payouts), and when required by law.

Retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile → Delete account, or as described on the account deletion page. When you delete your account, we remove your name, email, payout details and support messages. Records of rewards and payouts are kept in anonymized form for accounting and fraud prevention.

Children

Rewardo is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on access-controlled servers.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
